Kit includes everything you need to play with your own play dough or you can use the included recipe card to make your own play dough with your little one.

Kit includes;
- 5 laminated activity cards including counting and shape activities that incorporate play dough
- a set of alphabet and fun shape play dough stamps to stamp letters and shape into the dough
- a set of play kitchen style utensils to press into and cut the dough, these are especially beneficial for developing hand muscles and practicing gripping which is so important before children start to learn to write and draw
- shape cutters to cut shapes out of your dough
- foam flower shapes for children to decorate with the play dough

All enclosed in a closable container to keep everything together as a perfect kit to pull out for play dough fun!

Not recommended for children under 3.

BENEFITS OF SENSORY PLAY:

These sets are a perfect jumping off point for kids to explore their creativity through open ended play. Sensory open ended play is play that has no pre-determined instructions. Sets like this encourage kids to use the materials provided and to use their imagination to see what they can create. Kids learn so much through this style of play including problem solving skills, fine motor skills and gripping and molding skills which help to strengthen hand muscles in preparation for writing. These types of activities encourage them to make their own decisions about how to use the materials provided and how to bring their imagination to life!



PLAY DOUGH:

Play dough is not included with this set, I've included a DIY recipe card to make your own play dough instead. If you'd like to add a set of rainbow play dough there is an option in the drop down to add a S/6 rainbow play dough pack to this set as well



HOW TO ORDER:

1. Choose if you would like to add optional play dough to the set
2. Choose your desired quantity from the drop down menu
3. If you'd like me to customize the label on the top lid of the set with your child’s name please leave your information to personalize the tags in the "notes to seller" field when you are checking out
4. I will create the perfect set for you and let you know the tracking information as soon as it’s packed and on it’s way!

Each of these sets is handmade with care and each container is filled and assembled by hand, because of the handmade nature of these please handle with care.
Some of the accessories in the set you receive may be different colours, shapes or items depending on availability but everything will be of equal value.

If you are local and interested in picking these up in Mississauga please contact me and I will adjust the shipping to $0 to reflect local pick up. If you are in the GTA and interested in local delivery I can delivery within the GTA (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Caledon, Georgetown) for between $5 - $15 depending on your location

Typically these are made and shipped within 3-5 days of placing your order.
Once the set is assembled and carefully packaged to get on its way to you I will email you with a tracking number so you can watch for your package to arrive.
